I began my teaching career in my hometown of Walters Oklahoma. I taught 5th grade Reading, Writing, and Social Studies there for several years. I also taught in Pre-K and fourth grade. I coached 5th and 6th grade basketball and coached JH and also the Varsity Cheer Coach for about 7 years. I also coached 4th and 5th grade Academic team for a bit as well. While I was at Chattanooga Public Schools I was the Reading and Math Title 1 teacher and also taught PE for grades 1-4th along with teaching 8th grade Social Studies that year at Chatty I fell in love with teaching history! My family and I went to Lookea-Sickles Public Schools for a year where I was the Math and Reading Title 1 Teacher and taught 6th grade Geography and 4th grade Science and Social Studies. I have been blessed to teach in some of the best schools in the state!! I love teaching my little Leopards here at Lindsay!
