OSSAA Required
Rank One Parent Guide
Rank One is an online system that parents are required to use to complete and submit school activity and eligibility forms for students in grades 7-12. It is required by the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association (OSSAA) for participation in school activities.
Through Rank One, parents will complete required eligibility and participation forms and ensure their student is cleared for school activities. Rank One is required for every athlete enrolled in grades 7-12. Forms must be completed before your student can participate. Only one account is needed per parent/guardian, even with multiple students.

Parents click here at top of page - Online forms
Select a state - District, which is Lindsay
Create an account - Confirm email
Student management portal at top
Select profile add student
School student ID found on guardian portal to check grades. If you can’t find it, call Middle School office at (405)756-3133
Add Sport Activity
Click on Form 1
Select sports and save
Answer questions
Sign - I agree - Then submit
Back to forms
OSSAA Form 2
Answer questions- Submit
If you have another student, go back to dashboard
Then click add student.
